I empower renewed life through quality clinical counseling grounded in Eternal Truth! I am an experienced clinical counselor with specialized skills for youth, individuals, couples, and families. I am passionate about bringing healing, hope, comfort and growth to those searching, hurting, or hopeless.
I join with my clients to clarify needs and personal solutions. Together we pursue practical change by identifying root causes and applying insight and effective skills for lasting growth. I have far-reaching experience as a military child and long-time military wife/mother. I am also a seasoned leader in BSF and other studies, shepherding others in God’s Word. I have lived many places serving many populations; my wealth of clinical and life experience enables me to highly value diversity among individuals.

I delight in connecting personally and practically with each client to bring renewed life. We will partner to address clinical difficulties including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, behavior/conduct disorder, and personality disorders. I am also adept in women’s topics, military issues, parenting, marriage, grief, spiritual/biblical difficulties and growth, and anger management.

While my personal faith is Christianity, many clients have their own strongly held personal beliefs. Each of my clients receives quality clinical services tailored to their individual needs and preferences regardless of personal faith. Integrating a client’s personal faith into the session depends solely on the client’s preference.
